This helps many find the place to live that they were looking for. We make sure that each house is constructed to the highest standards. We monitor such things as design, durability, fire resistance, energy efficiency, and quality. We make sure that each residence conforms to the highest quality standards in the State of California. And we make sure that we are an Equal Housing Provider that serves all ethnic groups equally. What we have seen is that with our program and HUD subsidies we are able to provide a wide range of care. This is a labor of love in which those that need our help are given care. We are often inspired by famous love quotes as we carry out our work. The quotes on love carry our heart. And we are grateful to be able to carry out those love quotes in everyday life. We have seen the need for low rental housing and our initiative has met that need. We work closely with state and federal agencies to ensure that the care we give is unmatched in the state of California. And we make sure that each policy set forth by HUD and the state of California is met and exceeded to ensure that each client is treated with the utmost care as we provide for their housing needs.
